Māhā
For years I've asked who we are and why we're here. Science, mystics, philosophers, and teachers have offered glimpses, but the deeper I go, the more I see that not all questions are meant to be answered. Some are meant to be lived. Held. Surrendered to.
I've come to believe my purpose is to serve. To support others in trusting themselves, in recognizing their own depth, and in discovering inner tools. I'm not here to give answers, but to hold space where your questions are safe, even if they remain unresolved.
My path has moved through meditation, psychology, mysticism, deprogramming, poetry, somatic and psychedelic work. These practices have brought me to the edges of mystery and continue to humble me.
At this retreat, I'll offer space for psychedelic sitting, trauma-informed mindfulness, and spiritual guidance. I'll share meditations, poetry, and practices that nourish me, and invite you into silence, deep listening, and mirror work.
More than anything, I come as a student. Of life. Of spirit. Of you. I'm here to hold space, to offer what I can, and to be transformed by what we meet together.

I take honor in holding space for others to speak and to hear the deeper layers of themselves. I am proud to sit with others as they reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and what lies within. My path is rooted in movement, meditation, therapy, and deep self-inquiry. I share what I've learned not as a guide with answers, but as a fellow traveler on the inward journey.
This hasn't always been my world though. I come from a background in science and engineering with a career in tech. For a long time, logic, control, and measurable outcomes were my compass; until life invited me to a path where that compass was not of much use.
At forty - about eight years ago - something in me turned inward. Through psychoanalysis, movement, and plant medicine, I began to feel again. I discovered I could live from the heart, not just the mind. Slowly, I softened. I started coming home to myself.
Now, I offer spaces where it's safe to breathe, feel, and simply be. I've learned that healing begins with presence. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming all of who you are.

After spending many years in the tech industry, a quiet call toward something deeper began to surface, a longing for more embodied, soulful living.
For the past decade, I've been walking a path of wellness and inner exploration, shaped by embodied practices, yoga, meditation, art, plant medicine, and introspection. This journey continues to evolve, guided less by goals than by presence, relationship, and curiosity.
I bring to this retreat a blend of structure and sensitivity, shaped by a maker's mind and an artist's eye. Photography, my longtime medium, has taught me to witness the unseen, something I now carry into how I hold space for others.
My work invites men into honest reflection and embodied awareness, grounded in the sacred dance of masculine and feminine energies.

For years, I chased the version of success we're all taught; education, career, money, family, status. I built the life. But under the surface, I felt disconnected, anxious, and alone.
Through my own journey, guided by therapy, plant medicine, meditation, and honest self-inquiry, I've begun to reconnect with what truly matters.
I'll be sharing insights on the science of transformation, along with practical tools to help us begin shifting what no longer serves us into alignment with our deeper visions. We'll explore archetypes through the lens of renowned psychologist Carl Jung, and discover meaningful ways to integrate this understanding into our everyday lives.
Together, we'll also take part in a hands-on cooking workshop, learning simple, intentional, and joyful techniques that fit into our fast-paced, modern world. Through nourishment and presence, we reconnect with ourselves and each other.
We'll cook together, reflect together, and hold space for what's real.
Not to fix. Not to preach. Just to remember who we are, together.
